From this form, you may register one of two ways:

  • sign up to be an attendee of the business track, or
  • sign up to be an attendee of the training track.

If you are interested in sharing your QualNet experiences as a QW08 panelist, please submit an abstract here. Panelists are automatically registered for the business track, which is free to attend. The cost to attend the Training Track is $600 for all 3 days. We will invoice Training Track registrants upon receipt of registration.
