QualNet is used to design communication devices and optimize networks through detailed simulation. New features in version 3.7 include

• Enhanced Graphical User Interface (GUI) with easy file management and better integration of QualNet Animator, Designer, Analyzer and Tracer modules
• Easier incorporation of C++ code into QualNet models
• A preview of the Internet Protocol Version 6 (IPv6) model
• New protocol models for RTCP, GVRP, GARP, LANMAR, and Group Mobility
