  • Users should start by reading through our self-service forum with questions and answers from other QualNet customers. Submit your questions and retrieve you answers quickly and easily with this automated forum.
  • Please send your questions via email to support@scalable-networks.com, and we'll respond within 2 business days. Email-based support is offered to QualNet customers and anyone trying out QualNet for free during the 2-week QualNet evaluation period.
  • If you are a current or evaluation customer from an EU country, a future EU country (planned for 2004) or from Israel, please send your support questions to eurosupport@scalable-networks.com.
  • Phone-based support is available for paid phone support customers.
